Welcome to Lekker Doos. By purchasing or using any Lekker Doos products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are written in clear language to protect both you and our brand.

1. Personal Use Only

Lekker Doos boxes, wines, inserts, tasting notes, packaging and curated content are sold for personal enjoyment.
You may not resell, redistribute or commercially use any Lekker Doos product without written permission from the founders.

2. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, packaging designs, tasting notes, written content, website content and creative materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lekker Doos.
No part of our brand may be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without consent.

3. Age Restriction (18+)

Lekker Doos sells and delivers alcohol.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
We do not sell to anyone under 18 and encourage responsible enjoyment at all times.

4. Curated Wines

Lekker Doos partners with independent South African producers to curate each box.
All wines remain the property of the original wineries, and Lekker Doos is not responsible for vintage variations or winemaking decisions.

5. Packaging & Presentation

Lekker Doos products, including the box, inserts, tasting notes and branding, may not be altered, rebranded or repackaged as another product without written approval.

6. No Brand Imitation

Copying or recreating the Lekker Doos concept — including the box format, monthly curation model, branding, design style or written material — is strictly prohibited.
Lekker Doos reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or business attempting to replicate or pass off our brand as their own.

7. Website Content

All photos, text, graphics and content on the Lekker Doos website remain our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

Lekker Doos may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
